Our dedicated staff desires to lend you a hand and can play a vital part in planning and performing a meaningful funeral or memorial service. Our staff are deeply knowledgeable about the funeral planning process, major decisions a grieving family need to make, and required legal documentation. We can handle all of the details and help you create a unique service that fits your needs and values.
Below we outline the process you will need to follow when a loved one passes away. We know it’s a difficult time, but we will be with you every step of the way;

Step 1 – Report death
Inform us about your loved one’s passing on. You can contact us on:
Emergency Contact: 0772 003 280 / 0750 003 280.

Step 2 – Collection of the deceased
After we have received your call and gotten your address, our team will pick up the body of your loved one and safely transport them to be prepared for the burial. You can request for postmortem to know the cause of death. In case you don’t request for postmortem, tour team will proceed to embalm the body and start burial preparations. Embalming involves body treatment, washing, and dressing.

Step 3 – Documentation/Information required from family
Full Name of the Deceased
Date of Birth
Date of Death
A Photo of the Deceased
A copy of the medical application or Police report is required for accidental death or suicide.
Funeral Order/Program
A funeral notice which the funeral company can through the Radio, TV, and e-platforms.
Obituary, photos and any other information that the family desires to include in the order of service.

Step 4 – Consultation with our team for the burial
Talk to one of our consultants to conclude on the funeral package suitable for you;, decide on products you will need and plan the funeral. For example, select a coffin/casket, flowers, etc.

Step 5 – Body preparation and viewing
Our professional team will prepare the body of your loved one and have them ready for final viewing at a location and date agreed with you.

Step 6 – Transportation of the deceased to home or church
Depending on what you choose when talking to our consultant, the body will be transported to the home/church of the deceased a day before the funeral or on the morning of the funeral.

Step 7 – Burial
On the day of the funeral, our team will be available to transport your loved one to the burial site for their final rest. We will also set up a casket tent, carpets, walkway stands and any other amenities at the gravesite (based on what you selected when speaking to our consultant), to help provide a comfortable final goodbye to your loved one. If you have family and friends who are unable to attend, many funeral homes offer livestream services that can help people participate remotely so they can say their final goodbyes. Your funeral director can also help you create a custom video tribute to include in the service.
